CTOS SME Biz Day 2026 Admission Ticket – Terms and Conditions

The CTOS SME Biz Day 2026 (“Event”) is organised by CTOS IDS Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 0771363P / 200701013358) (hereinafter referred to as “CTOS”).

By participating in this event, all Eligible Participants (as defined below) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of CTOS in relation to the event shall be final, conclusive and binding.

1. Ticket Sales Period

The event ticket sales shall commence on 3 March 2026 and ends on 8 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Ticket Sales Period”). CTOS reserves the right to amend or extend the ticket sales period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Participants

The event is open to all new and existing CTOS customers, who may consist of Small Medium Enterprise (“SME”) businesses comprising of sole-proprietorship, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, private limited companies, societies, charitable organisations and professional bodies (hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Participant(s)”) of the following ticket (“Admission Ticket”):

2.2 Participation Requirements

To be eligible for the event, Eligible Participants must:

a. Apply for and/or purchase the Admission Ticket via the official ticketing partner for CTOS SME Biz Day 2026

(Petaling Jaya: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026pj ; Penang: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026pg ; Johor Bahru: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026jhb ) or any other platform designated by CTOS (“Eligible Platforms”) during the ticket sales period; and

b. Complete all registration procedures and comply with any requirements as stipulated by CTOS.

3. Ticket Sales Details
3.1 Ticket sales will be conducted according to the schedule outlined below, applicable throughout the Ticket Sales Period:

4. HRDC Claimable Conference

4.1 This event is claimable under HRD Corp (“HRDC”), subject to HRDC’s prevailing terms, conditions, rules, and regulations.

4.2 Participants intending to claim under HRDC must submit their application under the HRDC Claimable Conference category and complete registration through the designated form [https://tinyurl.com/HRDCCTOSBizDay2026].

4.3 Upon receipt and verification of the completed form, CTOS shall provide the following supporting documents via email within three (3) working days to facilitate the participant’s HRDC grant application:

4.4 Submission of the HRDC grant application, including any approvals, reimbursements, or claims, shall be entirely subject to HRDC’s review and final determination. CTOS makes no representation or guarantee regarding the approval, processing time, or amount of any HRDC claim and shall not be liable for any rejection, delay, or non-payment by HRDC.

4.5 Upon HRDC’s approval of the grant application, CTOS shall issue a unique promo code via email within three (3) working days. Such promo code may be redeemed by the participant on the Ticketmelon websites (Petaling Jaya: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026pj ; Penang: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026pg ; Johor Bahru: https://www.ticketmelon.com/ctos/smebizday2026jhb )

4.6 By participating in this event, participants acknowledge and agree that HRDC’s decision is final and binding, and CTOS bears no responsibility for any consequences arising from the participant’s HRDC application.

4.7 Participants must attend the event and complete the T3 attendance form to ensure proper knowledge transfer and eligibility for certificate or certification issuance upon completion.

4.8 Within one (1) working day after the conclusion of the event, CTOS will email the T3 attendance form and JD14 form to participants. Participants are required to duly complete, sign, and return the forms, affixed with the company stamp and signed by the authorized company director.

 

 

5. Ticket Confirmation

5.1  Confirmation of the CTOS SME Biz Day 2026 admission ticket will be issued upon fulfilment of any one of the following conditions:

a. Successful purchase of the ticket through the official Ticketmelon website; or

b. Successful approval under the HRDC Claimable Conference scheme, upon which CTOS will issue a promo code via email within three (3) working days of the HRDC approval. The promo code may then be redeemed on the Ticketmelon website.

 

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. CTOS reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this event earlier in whole or in part and reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein, from time to time by giving at least minimum of twenty one (21) days (“day” shall have the same meaning as calendar day) prior notice thereof, the notice of which shall be posted on  https://landing.ctos.com.my/ctos-sme-biz-day-2026 or through any other channel determined appropriate by the organiser. It shall be the responsibility of the Eligible Participants to be informed of or otherwise seek out any such notice validly posted. CTOS shall not be liable for any action as mentioned in this Clause.

2.        By participating in this event, Eligible Participants agree to access the CTOS’s website on a regular basis to view the terms and conditions herein and seek clarification from CTOS should any of the Terms & Conditions be not fully understood.

 

3.        By participating in this event, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and agree and consent to allow his/her personal data to be collected, processed and used by CTOS in accordance with the CTOS's PDPA Policy (https://ctosid.ctos.com.my/ctosid_new/Privacy) and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers.

4.        In addition to the terms in the CTOS’s PDPA Policy and the PDPA Form for Individual Customers, Eligible Customers agree and consent to his/her personal data or information being collected, processed and used by CTOS for: 

a. the purposes of the event; and 

b. marketing and promotional activities conducted by CTOS, including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspapers, television networks, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet. Marketing and promotion activities include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well as responses and related photographs.

*Note: “PDPA” refers to Personal Data Protection Act (2010). 

5. Eligible Participants must ensure to provide correct and complete information during the ticket sales period to enable either  CTOS to communicate with you in respect of the Products/Services provided and must ensure to notify either CTOS in the event the Eligible Customer’s contact details has changed.

6. All intellectual property rights in all the materials contained in the Site and products available for download from the Site and the Content including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, copyright and database shall belong to the Site owner.

 

7. The Products/Services provided during this event shall be in compliance with the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010, ensuring adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory standards.

8. CTOS and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers engaged by CTOS for the purposes of this event) shall not be liable to Eligible Customers in this event for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this event unless caused by any negligence or omission by CTOS.

9. CTOS shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this event due to any force majeure events which include but not limited to acts of God, civil commotion, acts of war, strike, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, epidemic and pandemic or any events and circumstances of whatever nature beyond the reasonable control of CTOS.

10. CTOS may disqualify/reject any Eligible Participant who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions stated herein and/or are found or suspected to be tampering with the event and/or its process or the operations of this event which includes fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to the event.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
